Multi-Family Units (2–4 units)

$99 / unit / month

Ideal for duplexes, triplexes, or fourplexes. Discounted per-unit pricing with full management services.

Low-Rise Buildings (5–10 units)

6% of collected rent

Complete management for smaller apartment-style properties — includes accounting, maintenance, and tenant support.

Mid-Rise Buildings (11–30 units)

5% of collected rent

Tailored management for mid-size buildings with ongoing reporting, maintenance coordination, and inspections.

High-Rise / Large Portfolios (30+ units)

3% of collected rent

Custom programs designed for investor groups and large portfolios. Includes full administrative and operational support.
